Ingredients:
Textured pea protein, pea flour, tomato powder, garlic powder, chickpea flour, onion flakes, yeast extract, onion powder, natural flavor, Himalayan salt, psyllium husk powder, beetroot powder (COLOR), blend of herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, savory, marjoram, rosemary), ground cumin, black pepper, Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856.
Recipe: Vegan Lasagna
Ingredients:
• 1 bag of Mangia!
• 400 g tomato puree
• 500 g lasagna pasta
• Olive oil 4 tablespoons of plant-based butter or margarine
• Salt
• A pinch of nutmeg
• 5-6 tablespoons of flour
• 200-300 g of vegan cheese
• 2 cups of plant-based milk
Preparation:
1. Prepare Mangia! according to label instructions.
2. Dice onions and garlic. Saute in olive oil in a large page.
3. Add Mangia! and tomato puree. Bring to boil and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally.
4. In the meantime, prepare the bechamel sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour. Add plant-based milk and cook until thickened. Season with a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Remember to whisk vigorously throughout the whole process.
5. Grease the lasagna dish with butter or oil and pour the first layer of béchamel sauce. Cover with lasagna sheets (lightly precooked). Spread the prepared Mangia! and tomato sauce and top with béchamel sauce. Repeat the process to create a further two-four layers. Sprinkle over with cheese.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°C.

Ingredients:
• 1 bag of Mangia!
• 2 finely diced cloves of garlic, optional
• ¼ cup finely diced onion, optional
Preparation:
1. Prepare Mangia! according to label instructions. Let sit for five minutes.
2. Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Blend into prepared Mangia! Meat substitute.
3. Form mix into meatballs. Place in pan and fry in oil until browned.
