Recipe: Baked Apple
Ingredients:
- • 1 cup oat flour (or ground oatmeal)
- • 2 tbsp chia seeds
- • 1 tsp baking soda
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • 2 Baked! vegan eggs
- • 100 ml plant-based milk
- • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- • 1 apple
Preparation:
- 1. Follow directions on box for 2 Baked! vegan eggs.
- 2. Prepare the dry and wet ingredients in two different bowls. Combine the contents of both bowls and mix until a uniform dough is formed.
- 3. Peel the apple and cut it into small wedges. Put two tablespoons of the dough into a small casserole dish, e.g. 15 cm in diameter, then the apple wedges and on top place the rest of the mixture.
- 4. Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees C. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
